All About Garage Doors believes providing Weekend Service shouldn’t Cost you Extra..

This Saturday broken spring replacement took us to Inlet Beach.   The customer called us about a broken spring and they needed the repair done as soon as possible.  Which meant a Saturday service call, and that's never a problem with us.    But, it seems that most other companies either don't schedule on the weekends or if they do, there is a Weekend Service Charge. So, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Inlet Beach, we replaced a set of garage door springs on this 9x8 Raynor garage door WITHOUT overcharging the customer by adding a weekend rate.

Springs break, rollers come out of alignment, sensors stop working, and garage door openers malfunction on the weekends too.  Its just a part of life.   And being in a customer service oriented industry, we believe that working weekends should NOT cost our Customers extra.

We replaced the broken springs, lubed, and serviced the door and we were on our way.  And our grateful customer was able to enjoy the rest of their weekend without worrying about having to try to juggle work and schedule a garage door repair during their busy week ahead.
